In the morning, the Portal server is very slow to serve up pages the first time you visit them. This is because the web servers recycle their pages caches overnight. I’ve just found a bit of script that will touch each web page, to keep it in memory.

I’ve put this script on the Apps server and scheduled it to run every hour.
